Stat. tit. 62, § 62-426","heading":"Acceptance of funding or refunding bonds in lieu of","body":"warrants, judgments or bonds in sinking fund.\n\nThe governing board of any county, city, town, township, board\n\nof education, school district or any other municipal corporation of\n\nthis state, holding in its sinking fund either warrants, judgments\n\nor bonds, is authorized to enter into an agreement with the\n\ngoverning board of the municipality against which said warrants,\n\njudgments or bonds are an obligation thereof, to accept funding or\n\nrefunding bonds in lieu of said obligations.
