Stat. tit. 62, § 62-435","heading":"Use of fund - Judgments against municipality - Payment","body":"from sinking funds - Reimbursement.\n\n(Application.) Such sinking funds shall be used:\n\nFirst. For the payment of interest coupons as they fall due.\n\nSecond. For the payment of bonds falling due, if any such there\n\nbe, and,\n\nThird.
