Stat. tit. 62, § 62-436c","heading":"Apportionment and credit of resale property fund","body":"After June fifteenth of each year the county treasurer shall,\n\nafter reserving sufficient of the Resale Property Fund for all\n\nencumbrances and sufficient for estimated cost of preparing,\n\npublishing, and completing through the ensuing fiscal year all tax-\n\nenforcement procedures imposed by law upon the county treasurer, all\n\nexcess remaining in said resale property fund on such June fifteenth\n\nshall be, by the county treasurer, apportioned and credited to the\n\ncounty, and the several cities, towns and school districts therein,\n\nand to the several funds thereof, in ratio to the final gross ad\n\nvalorem taxes for such fiscal year levied in each thereof in\n\naccordance with the certificate of the county excise board on the\n\ncurrent budget of each thereof, unless the same has been altered by\n\norder of the Court of Tax Review or the Supreme Court and then in\n\nratio to the amounts so adjusted.
