Pursuant to this act, the Director of the Office of State\n\nFinance shall develop processes and procedures to guide state\n\nagencies in preparation of performance reporting metrics to be\n\npublished for each cabinet, state agency and statewide and agency-\n\nspecific initiatives. These metrics shall account for input, output\n\nand outcome measures and provide benchmarks to which the performance\n\nmeasures can be compared for evaluation of performance. Metrics\n\nshall include not less than three consistent scales demonstrating\n\nthat a performance expectation or benchmark has been achieved,\n\npartially achieved or not achieved. At least one metric shall\n\ndemonstrate the cost per person served by the agency.\n\nB. State agencies shall provide information as required by the\n\nDirector to assist in the development of performance reporting\n\nmetrics and benchmarks.\n\nC. Cabinet secretaries and agencies shall provide appropriate\n\nbenchmarks against which performance should be compared to determine\n\nthe agencies’ success or failure to meet established performance\n\nreporting benchmarks.\n\nD. Performance metrics showing agency and agency program-level\n\nperformance shall be published and prominently featured on the state\n\nInternet portal and through the direct domain performance.ok.gov.\n\nThis data shall be updated on a regular basis.\n\nE. Performance metrics and standards shall be reviewed and\n\napproved annually.\n\nF.
