No later than October 1 of each year, each state agency\n\nshall submit a program management and performance report to the\n\nChair and Vice Chair of the House Appropriations and Budget\n\nCommittee, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Appropriations\n\nCommittee, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Finance Committee,\n\nand the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices. The report shall contain, at a minimum, detailed data for\n\neach agency program relating to each of the evaluation factors set\n\nout in Section 45.9 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes. It shall\n\nalso list:\n\n1. Specific cost avoidance and cost containment measures\n\nimplemented during the previous fiscal year;\n\n2. The agency's methodology for:\n\na. determining its fee structure,\n\nb. calculating fees, and\n\nc. measuring customer satisfaction;\n\n3. Programs or operations not required for the agency's core\n\nfunction; and\n\n4. Details showing the actual cost of any programs or\n\noperations listed under paragraph 3 of this subsection.\n\nB.
