The Office of Management and Enterprise Services and the\n\nJoint Legislative Committee on Budget and Program Oversight shall\n\nwork with each state agency to determine acceptable measures of\n\noutput, outcome, unit cost, and cost-effectiveness for use in the\n\nagency's plan.\n\nB.
