The State Auditor and Inspector when in the conduct of a\n\nperformance audit of a state agency shall consider in the evaluation\n\nof an agency the extent to which the agency conforms to the agency's\n\nstrategic plan and management and performance report.\n\nB. The Joint Committee on Accountability in Government pursuant\n\nto its procedures may conduct a performance investigation of a state\n\nagency to consider to what extent an agency has improved\n\nperformance.\n\nC.
