Stat. tit. 62, § 62-46.1","heading":"Transfer of surplus funds accruing to General Revenue","body":"Fund to certain funds.\n\nA. On July 1, 2005, or as soon thereafter as feasible, the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services shall transfer any\n\nsurplus funds which accrue to the General Revenue Fund of this state\n\nfor the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, over and above that which\n\nis placed in the Constitutional Reserve Fund pursuant to Section 23\n\nof Article X of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma for the\n\nfiscal year ending June 30, 2005, to the following funds and in the\n\nspecified amounts:\n\n1. Fifty percent (50%) to the Oklahoma Dynamic Economy and\n\nBudget Security Fund established in Section 46.2 of this title; and\n\n2. Fifty percent (50%) to the Oklahoma Taxpayer Relief\n\nRevolving Fund established in Section 2355.2 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. On July 1, 2006, or as soon thereafter as feasible, the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services shall transfer the\n\nfollowing amounts of surplus funds which accrue to the General\n\nRevenue Fund of this state for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006,\n\nover and above that which is placed in the Constitutional Reserve\n\nFund pursuant to Section 23 of Article X of the Constitution of the\n\nState of Oklahoma for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006:\n\n1. The first Eighty-five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($85,500,000.00) to the State Regents Revolving Fund of the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education, to be used for operations of The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education;\n\n2. Contingent upon passage and approval of Enrolled House Bill\n\nNo. 1169 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 50th Oklahoma\n\nLegislature, the next Forty-five Million Dollars ($45,000,000.00) to\n\nthe Oklahoma Opportunity Fund created in Section 48 of this title;\n\n3. Contingent upon passage and approval of Enrolled Senate Bill\n\nNo. 99 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 50th Oklahoma\n\nLegislature, the next One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars\n\n($150,000,000.00) to the Economic Development Generating Excellence\n\n(EDGE) Fund created in Section 47 of this title;\n\n4. The next Twenty-five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00) to the\n\nCounty Bridges and Road Improvement Fund, to be expended for repair,\n\nrenovation, rehabilitation, or replacement of county bridges;\n\n5. The next Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000.00) to the\n\nOklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs Revolving Fund, to be used\n\nfor expenses associated with the State Veterans Home in Sulphur;\n\n6. The next Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) to the Rural\n\nFire Equipment Grant Revolving Fund of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry;\n\n7. The next Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00) to the\n\nComprehensive University Capital Projects Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 2, Chapter 84, O.S.L. 2006;\n\n8. The next Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) to the\n\nTourism Equipment Revolving Fund of the Oklahoma Tourism and\n\nRecreation Department, to be used for operations, capital\n\nimprovements and maintenance of state parks;\n\n9. The next Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00) to the\n\nState Emergency Fund created in Section 139.42 of this title;\n\n10. The next Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) to the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission Fund created pursuant to Section 221 of this\n\ntitle for the implementation of a digital license plate system;\n\n11. The next Thirty-five Million Dollars ($35,000,000.00) to\n\nthe Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System in order to\n\nreplace monies that would otherwise have been apportioned over a\n\nperiod of years pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection C of Section\n\n312.1 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes if such modified\n\napportionment is enacted pursuant to legislation passed during the\n\n2nd Extraordinary Session of the 50th Oklahoma Legislature. If such\n\nmodification to the apportionment is not enacted as a result of the\n\npassage of such legislation, the sum specified by this paragraph\nperiod of years pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection C of Section\n\n312.1 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes if such modified\n\napportionment is enacted pursuant to legislation passed during the\n\n2nd Extraordinary Session of the 50th Oklahoma Legislature. If such\n\nmodification to the apportionment is not enacted as a result of the\n\npassage of such legislation, the sum specified by this paragraph\n\nshall not be transferred to the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and\n\nRetirement System; and\n\n12. The next Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) to the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission Fund created pursuant to Section 221 of this\n\ntitle for the acquisition of a main frame computer.\n\nThe transfers authorized pursuant to the provisions of\n\nparagraphs 1 through 12 of this subsection shall not be subject to\n\nfiscal year 2007 agency category or budget limits.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7df359c6c9eaef32a282fdf33183903256c4abd28437351bb533af8f60773871","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-46","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-46.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
