Stat. tit. 62, § 62-46.2","heading":"Oklahoma Dynamic Economy and Budget Security Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Dynamic Economy and Budget Security Fund”.\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies apportioned to such\n\nfund pursuant to paragraph 1 of Section 1 of this act. The monies\n\nin the Oklahoma Dynamic Economy and Budget Security Fund shall be\n\nsubject to appropriation by the Legislature for the purposes of\n\npromoting research and development of critical sectors of the\n\nstate’s economy, commercialization of technology, health care,\n\npromotion of endowments to nonprofit entities, including private\n\nfoundations, unmet infrastructure needs and to provide a source of\n\nfunds for any needed stabilization of the budget for the fiscal year\n\nending June 30, 2006.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6d21233a6b63ddfa7b94858c04b3a078f82c64e2afea31e7901b347068efcc72","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-46.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-46.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
