Stat. tit. 62, § 62-49","heading":"Multi-year trend analysis of budget outlook","body":"On or before November 1 of each year, the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services shall develop and publish a multi-year trend\n\nanalysis of the state's budget outlook which includes the current\n\nfiscal year, the ensuing fiscal year and the following two (2)\n\nfiscal years. The trend analysis shall include projections of\n\nrevenues and expenditures reflecting the best available information\n\nconcerning economic activity, population change, policy developments\n\nand other factors affecting the state budget.
