Stat. tit. 62, § 62-493","heading":"One year deferment on certain foreclosure actions","body":"There is hereby declared a period of deferment of not longer\n\nthan one (1) year from the date of the enactment of this act, during\n\nwhich time the Federal Land Bank of Wichita and any Federal Land\n\nBank Association are prohibited from initiating a foreclosure action\n\nin the courts of this state.
