Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.107","heading":"Legal investments","body":"\n\nAny bank, trust or insurance company organized under the laws of\n\nOklahoma may invest its capital, surplus and reserve funds and other\n\nfunds under its control in bonds issued under the provisions of this\n\nact. The officers having charge of any fund of the State of\n\nOklahoma, or any department, agency, or institution thereof or any\n\nsinking fund of any county, city, town, township, board of education\n\nor school district may invest such funds in bonds issued under the\n\nprovisions hereof. Such bonds shall also be approved as collateral\n\nsecurity for the deposit of any public funds and for the investment\n\nof trust funds.\n\n1968, c. 265, § 7, emerg. eff.
