Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.122","heading":"Building Bonds Commission as agency - Indebtedness -","body":"Purposes.\n\nThe State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission, acting for and\n\non behalf of the State of Oklahoma, shall be the agency by and\n\nthrough which the State of Oklahoma shall incur indebtedness to the\n\nextent of the sum of Ninety-nine Million Eight Hundred Eight\n\nThousand Dollars ($99,808,000.00) for the purpose of planning and\n\nconstructing new buildings or additions to existing state buildings\n\nand other capital improvements for remodeling, modernizing and\n\nrepairing existing buildings and capital improvements and purchase\n\nof land, equipment and furnishings necessary for construction or\n\nremodeling for the following departments and agencies of state\n\ngovernment in the amounts and for the purposes set forth as follows:\n\n1. The constituent institutions of The Oklahoma\n\n2. Medical Center of the University of Oklahoma.... 26,870,000.00\n\n4. A new junior college at Midwest City and new\n\n5. Griffin Memorial Hospital, Eastern State\n\nHospital, Western State Hospital and Taft\n\nState Hospital, and for community mental\n\nhealth centers, provided not more than\n\n$1,200,000.00 may be spent on community\n\n6. Administrative offices and laboratories of\n\n8. Acquisition of land and completion of streets\n\n9. Equipment and remodeling at Wiley Post\n\nBuilding and acquisition and improvement of\n\n10. Technology center schools and technical\n\n11. Oklahoma State University Institute of\n\n12. Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls\n\nValley, the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center\n\nof Enid, Hissom Memorial Center, School for\n\nthe Blind, School for the Deaf, Whitaker\n\nState Children's Home, Taft State Children's\n\nHome, Helena State School for Boys, Boley\n\nState School for Boys, Taft State School for\n\n13. Construction of a Juvenile Diagnostic\n\n14. Construction of a Plans and Training\n\nBuilding and for district headquarters of\n\n15. Construction of headquarters,\n\nwarehouse and armory buildings of\n\n16. State Bureau of Investigation\n\n17. Construction and equipping of a reception\n\nand diagnostic center and other capital\n\n18. Constructing, renovating and equipping\n\nacademic and vocational school\n\nfacilities and other capital projects\n\n21.
