Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.123","heading":"Issuance and sale of bonds - Series","body":"The Commission, acting for and on behalf of the State of\n\nOklahoma, shall issue, sell and deliver, as hereinafter provided,\n\n\"State of Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1968\" in the principal sum of\n\nNinety-nine Million Eight Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars\n\n($99,808,000.00). The Commission is hereby authorized and directed\n\nto issue, sell and deliver said bonds as follows:\n\nSeries A, in the principal sum of Thirty Million Three Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($30,300,000.00) on or about July 15, 1969;\n\nSeries B, in the principal sum of Twenty-five Million Dollars\n\n($25,000,000.00), on or about July 15, 1970;\n\nSeries C, in the principal sum of Twenty-five Million Dollars\n\n($25,000,000.00), on or about July 15, 1971; and\n\nSeries D, in the principal sum equal to the balance of the\n\namount authorized in Section 38, Article X of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution.\n\nThe bonds in Series B, C and D shall not be sold, issued or\n\ndelivered until the Legislature has enacted a bill or joint\n\nresolution (1) confirming the authorization contained in this\n\nsection, (2) confirming or adjusting the amount of bonds to be sold\n\nand (3) determining the schedule for the payments into the sinking\n\nfund and maturity schedule for such series.
