Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.187","heading":"Appropriation","body":"There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education from the proceeds of the sale of Series E Bonds,\n\nSection 1, this act, deposited in the State of Oklahoma Building\n\nBonds of 1968 Fund in the State Treasury the sum of Eighteen Million\n\nSeven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($18,750,000.00) to be\n\nallocated by the Regents to the constituent institutions comprising\n\nthe Oklahoma State System of Higher Education according to the needs\n\nof said institutions for planning and construction, furnishing and\n\nequipping new buildings and for remodeling, modernizing, repairing,\n\nfurnishing and equipping existing buildings, and for other capital\n\nadditions and improvements. The governing boards of the\n\ninstitutions of higher education are authorized to enter into\n\nnecessary contracts and exercise supervision of the expenditure of\n\nfunds appropriated by this section.
