Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.188","heading":"Appropriation","body":"There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education from the proceeds of the sale of Series E Bonds, as\n\nprovided in Section 1 of this act, deposited in the State of\n\nOklahoma Building Bonds of 1968 Fund, the sum of Three Million Five\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000.00).\n\nIt is the legislative intent that not to exceed Two Million Nine\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($2,900,000.00) of the amount appropriated\n\nby this section be allocated to the Board of Regents of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma to be expended by the said Board of Regents\n\nfor the purchase of equipment for use in the University Hospital in\n\nconjunction with the teaching and training of students of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma Medical Center; and that not to exceed Six\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) of the amount appropriated by\n\nthis section be allocated to the Board of Regents of the University\n\nof Oklahoma for use in conjunction with the teaching and training of\n\nstudents of the University of Oklahoma Medical Center as follows:\n\nFor expenditures in remodeling, modernizing and repairing space in\n\nthat part of the University Hospital known as \"Old Main\" for\n\nclinical facilities for outpatient care and to provide not less than\n\nninety-six additional hospital beds.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"06dcbc89a45b51bc93f3c7b37fc3c19b5300ffc7057cf7a3fc779c5da6dcfd64","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.187","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.189"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
