Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.2","heading":"Agency of state - Intent and purpose of act","body":"The Commission, acting for and on behalf of the State of\n\nOklahoma, shall be the agency by and through which the State of\n\nOklahoma may incur indebtedness to the extent of but not to exceed\n\nthe sum of Thirty-six Million Dollars ($36,000,000.00), for the\n\npurpose of constructing, equipping, remodeling and repairing any and\n\nall buildings of the state, including those of its educational,\n\nrecreational, penal and eleemosynary establishments, pursuant to and\n\nby the authority of Section 31, Article X, of the Constitution of\n\nOklahoma and this act.
