Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.24","heading":"Delivery of bonds upon payment - Deposit and investment","body":"of proceeds.\n\nThe bonds and interest coupons attached thereto shall be\n\ndelivered to the purchaser thereof only upon payment of par and\n\naccrued interest to the date of delivery thereof, together with any\n\npremium bid, if any. The proceeds of the sale of said bonds shall\n\nbe deposited in the State Treasury of the State of Oklahoma, in a\n\nfund which is hereby created and designated the \"1955 Building Bond\n\nFund\", where they shall remain subject to disposition to be provided\n\nfor by Legislature of Oklahoma, provided that the State Treasurer of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma shall invest said monies in interest-bearing\n\ndirect obligations of the United States of America, or of the State\n\nof Oklahoma, and provided further that, all such investments of said\n\nmonies must be so made that the same may be liquidated in time to\n\nenable the State of Oklahoma to pay, in due course, the valid\n\nindebtedness incurred for the purpose for which said bonds are\n\nissued, when the said indebtedness has been incurred pursuant to\n\nlegislative authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eb2f194482825cb735e20ddd9d4e8fc297379f5604b107b6eedced4a2f0c6294","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.23","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
