Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.306","heading":"Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1992 Fund - Investment of","body":"funds.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury of the State\n\nof Oklahoma the \"Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1992 Fund\". The proceeds\n\nof the sale of bonds pursuant to this act shall be deposited in said\n\nfund, where they shall remain subject to disposition to be provided\n\nfor by the Legislature of this state, provided that the State\n\nTreasurer, when so directed by the Commission, shall invest the\n\namounts designated by the Commission for the period of time\n\nspecified by the Commission; provided that all such investments of\n\nsaid monies must be made so that the same shall mature in time to\n\nenable the State of Oklahoma to issue warrants for payment of the\n\nvalid obligations incurred for the purpose for which the bonds were\n\nissued.\n\nB. It shall be the duty of the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services to promptly certify to the State\n\nTreasurer the amount of all sums not needed for payment of\n\nconstruction and other legal expenditures payable from the fund to\n\nmeet the payment schedule, and upon receipt of such certification\n\nthe State Treasurer shall forthwith invest such funds.\n\nC.
