Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.312","heading":"Investment of sinking fund monies - Deposit of","body":"earnings.\n\nThe State Treasurer shall invest all sinking fund monies in\n\ndirect obligations of the United States of America or in\n\ncertificates of deposits from banks in the State of Oklahoma\n\nacceptable as depositories by the State Treasurer when such\n\ncertificates of deposits are secured by acceptable collateral and\n\nyield as much or more than direct obligations of the United States\n\nof America, to mature in time to meet the principal and interest\n\npayments on the Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1992.
