Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.32","heading":"Building Bonds Commission - Indebtedness - Purposes","body":"The State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission, created by\n\nSection 57.302 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, acting for and\n\non behalf of the State of Oklahoma, shall be the agency by and\n\nthrough which the State of Oklahoma shall incur indebtedness to the\n\nextent of the sum of Thirty-five Million Five Hundred Thousand\n\nDollars ($35,500,000.00) as principal, for the purpose of\n\nconstructing new buildings and other capital improvements, and for\n\nequipping, remodeling, modernizing and repairing any and all\n\nexisting buildings and capital improvements, at the constituent\n\ninstitutions of The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education\n\nprovided that Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) thereof shall be\n\nused to construct and equip a school and hospital for children with\n\nintellectual disabilities in Northeastern Oklahoma pursuant to, and\n\nunder authority of, Section 34 of Article X of the Constitution of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma and Section 57.15 et seq. of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"00b8b5cdb64890cd8d393033ce7ebf893b0e30f839d47d4ff6ee4550b4a00272","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.316","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.33"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
