Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.55","heading":"Sale of bonds to State Treasurer","body":"The State Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma shall purchase from\n\nthe commission at a private sale all of said bonds at par as an\n\ninvestment of the public monies in his possession. The State\n\nTreasurer shall buy, and the commission is authorized and directed\n\nto, sell to the State Treasurer at private sale, as provided in this\n\nsection, all of the bonds authorized by this act.
