Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.62","heading":"Building Bonds Commission as agency - Indebtedness -","body":"Purposes.\n\nThe State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission, created by\n\nTitle 62, Oklahoma Statutes 1961, Section 57.1 acting for and on\n\nbehalf of the State of Oklahoma shall be the agency by and through\n\nwhich the State of Oklahoma shall incur indebtedness to the extent\n\nof the sum of Fifty-four Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($54,750,000.00) as principal, for the purpose of\n\nconstructing new buildings and other capital improvements, and for\n\nequipping, remodeling, modernizing and repairing any and all\n\nexisting buildings and capital improvements, and purchase of land,\n\nequipment and furnishings necessary for such new construction or\n\nremodeling, as follows:\n\nAt the constituent institutions of The Oklahoma State\n\nSystem of Higher Education\n\nAt the institutions under the Department of Mental Health and\n\n6,500,000.00\n\nThe Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley, the Northern\n\nOklahoma Resource Center of Enid and The Hissom Memorial\n\nOklahoma Educational Television\n\n150,000.00\n\n150,000.00\n\nDepartment of Public Health for the Building of Community Social\n\nService Centers 1,500,000.00\n\nPurchase of Land in and about the Capital Improvement and Zoning\n\nDistrict and Medical Center Improvement Zoning District and for\n\nPublic Parks, Veterans Memorial Area and Landscaping 750,000.00","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c0fa8f91510418de5ef745834f0411f5a8c5c97c8f347d739be79fcc46669585","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.61","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-57.63"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
