Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.9","heading":"Attorney General's certificate of regularity - Signatures","body":"and seals - Registration.\n\nWithin ten (10) days after the sale or sales of said bonds, the\n\nAttorney General of the State of Oklahoma shall examine all of the\n\nproceedings of the Commission and all resolutions passed and actions\n\ntaken by it in connection with the authorization, issuance and sale\n\nof such bonds and shall, if he finds such bond proceedings and sale\n\nto be constitutional and lawful, execute his certificate and file\n\nthe same of record in the Office of the Secretary of State of the\n\nState of Oklahoma, which said certificate shall read substantially\n\nas follows: \"I have examined all proceedings had in connection with\n\nthe issuance of the State of Oklahoma Building Bonds in the\n\nauthorized and sold pursuant to Section 31, Article X, Constitution\n\nof Oklahoma, and laws of the State of Oklahoma enacted pursuant\n\nthereto, and find said proceedings and sale to be constitutional,\n\nlawful and regular in all particulars and that said bonds will be\n\nvalid legal general obligations of the State of Oklahoma. Unless\n\nsuit thereon shall be brought in the Supreme Court of the State of\n\nOklahoma within thirty (30) days from the date of this certificate,\n\nsaid bonds shall be incontestable for all purposes.\n\nDate Attorney General of the\n\nState of Oklahoma\"\n\nUpon the filing of such certificate, bonds issued pursuant to\n\nproceedings so examined by the Attorney General, shall be\n\nincontestable for all purposes upon the expiration of thirty (30)\n\ndays from the date of such certificate, unless suit be brought in\n\nthe Supreme Court of Oklahoma prior to the expiration of said period\n\nas provided herein.\n\nA facsimile of such Attorney General's certificate shall appear\n\non each bond so issued. The Supreme Court of Oklahoma is hereby\n\nvested with exclusive jurisdiction over any litigation involving the\n\nvalidity of any bonds issued under this act. All bonds shall bear\n\nthe signature of the Governor and of the Secretary of State and\n\nshall bear the certificate required by Section 29, Article X, of the\n\nConstitution of Oklahoma. Such bonds shall also be registered by\n\nthe Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma and a statement of such\n\nregistration shall appear on the back of each bond.
