A certificated registered public obligation shall be\n\nexecuted by the issuer by the manual or facsimile signature or\n\nsignatures of authorized officers. Any signature of an authorized\n\nofficer may be attested by the manual or facsimile signature of\n\nanother authorized officer.\n\nB. In addition to the signatures referred to in subsection A of\n\nthis section any certificated registered public obligation or any\n\nwriting relating to an uncertificated registered public obligation\n\nmay include a certificate or certificates signed by the manual or\n\nfacsimile signature of an authenticating agent, registrar, transfer\n\nagent or the like.\n\nC.
