Any certificated registered public obligation signed by the\n\nauthorized officers at the time of the signing thereof shall remain\n\nvalid and binding, notwithstanding that before the issuance thereof\n\nany or all of such officers shall have ceased to fill their\n\nrespective offices.\n\nB. Any authorized officer empowered to sign any certificated\n\nregistered public obligation may adopt as and for the signature of\n\nsuch officer the signature of a predecessor in office in the event\n\nthat such predecessor's signature appears on such certificated\n\nregistered public obligation.
