Stat. tit. 62, § 62-591","heading":"Coupon bond or coupon bonds defined","body":"Whenever the terms \"coupon bond\" or \"coupon bonds\" appear in any\n\nstatute such terms shall mean any bond, note, or other evidence of\n\nindebtedness of any public entity, department, public trust, or\n\nagency, regardless of whether such instruments are in coupon,\n\nregistered, or other form. The use of the word coupon does not\n\nlimit the form of instruments authorized to be issued by such\n\nentities.
