Stat. tit. 62, § 62-652","heading":"Authority regarding industrial development","body":"\n\nAny municipality and any county is hereby authorized to own,\n\nacquire, construct, reconstruct, extend, equip, improve, maintain,\n\nsell, lease, contract concerning, or otherwise deal in or dispose of\n\nany lands, buildings, or facilities of any and every nature whatever\n\nthat can be used in securing or developing industry within or near\n\nthe municipality or county.
