Stat. tit. 62, § 62-658","heading":"Mortgage liens","body":"Subject to the subsequent provisions of this section, there\n\nshall exist a statutory mortgage lien upon the lands, buildings,\n\nand/or facilities acquired, constructed, reconstructed, extended,\n\nequipped, or improved, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of\n\nrevenue bonds issued under this act which shall exist in favor of\n\nthe holders of the bonds and in favor of the holders of the coupons\n\nattached to said bonds, and said lands, buildings, and/or facilities\n\nshall remain subject to such statutory mortgage lien until payment\n\nin full of the principal of and interest on said revenue bonds.\n\nAnything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the resolution\n\nand/or indenture referred to in Section 5 of this act may impose a\n\nforeclosable mortgage lien upon the lands, buildings, and/or\n\nfacilities acquired, constructed, reconstructed, extended, equipped,\n\nor improved, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of revenue bonds\n\nissued under this act and the nature and extent of said mortgage\n\nlien may be controlled by the resolution or indenture including,\n\nwithout limitation, provisions pertaining to the release of all or\n\npart of the lands, buildings, and/or facilities from the mortgage\n\nlien and the priority of mortgage lien in the event of successive\n\nbond issues as authorized by Section 5 of this act. Subject to such\n\nterms, conditions, and restrictions as may be contained in the\n\nresolution or indenture authorizing and/or securing the said bonds,\n\nany holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this act, or of\n\nany coupon attached thereto, may, either at law or in equity,\n\nenforce the mortgage lien and may, by proper suit, compel the\n\nperformance of the duties of the officials of the issuing trustees\n\nset forth in this act and set forth in any resolution and/or\n\nindenture authorizing and/or securing the said bonds.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"49f217420371a3d2ae8c628e4787ff57f47bc364b31a1b3c1399d0795dd94366","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-657","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-659"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
