Stat. tit. 62, § 62-661","heading":"Definitions","body":"Wherever used or referred to in this act, unless a different\n\nmeaning clearly appears from the context:\n\n(a) \"Trustees\" means the trustees appointed by the governing\n\nbody of any municipality or the board of county commissioners to\n\ncarry out the provisions of this act, and as provided in 60\n\nO.S.1951, Sections 176 - 180, inclusive, as amended by Sections 1\n\nand 2, Chapter 4, Title 60, page 277, Oklahoma Session Laws 1953 (60\n\nO.S.
