Stat. tit. 62, § 62-690.13","heading":"Loan application - Contents","body":"Prior to the loaning of any funds to an enterprise for building\n\nand equipment, the Authority shall receive from such enterprise a\n\nloan application in the form adopted by the Authority which shall\n\ncontain, without being limited to, the following provisions:\n\n1. A general description of the project and a general\n\ndescription of the purpose for which the project is to be\n\nestablished;\n\n2. A legal description of all real estate necessary for the\n\nproject;\n\n3. Such plans and other documents as may be required to show\n\nthe type, structure and general character of the project;\n\n4. A general description of the types and categories of skills,\n\nand the number of employees to be employed in the operation of the\n\nproject;\n\n5. Estimates of costs of the project;\n\n6. A general description and statement of value of any\n\nproperty, real or personal, of the enterprise applied or to be\n\napplied to the project;\n\n7. A statement of cash funds which are to be applied to the\n\nproject by the enterprise;\n\n8. Evidence that the project will not cause the removal of an\n\nindustrial or manufacturing plant or facility from one area of the\n\nstate to another area of the state, or replace an existing facility;\n\nand\n\n9.
