Stat. tit. 62, § 62-690.14","heading":"Loan hearings and examinations - Grant of loan","body":"The Authority shall hold such hearings and examinations as to\n\neach loan application received as shall be necessary to determine\n\nwhether the public purposes of this act will be accomplished by the\n\ngranting of loans requested.
