Stat. tit. 62, § 62-690.18","heading":"Priority Enterprise Zones","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall select a number of\n\nenterprise zones whether county, municipal or federal for which the\n\nstate may provide additional resources or programs. Such enterprise\n\nzones shall be known as Priority Enterprise Zones. The criteria for\n\nselection of the Priority Enterprise Zones shall be developed by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce. The criteria for selection may\n\ninclude but shall not be limited to the degree of need, the\n\nlikelihood of success in attracting new economic growth, and the\n\nevidence of local commitment. The criteria for selection of\n\nPriority Enterprise Zones shall be subject to the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act.\n\nB. An enterprise zone that is selected as a Priority Enterprise\n\nZone, regardless of its change in statistics, shall continue in its\n\nstatus as a Priority Enterprise Zone for a minimum of three (3)\n\nyears.\n\nC.
