Stat. tit. 62, § 62-690.19","heading":"Annual performance report","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall produce an annual\n\nreport by October 15 of each year for the Governor, the Speaker of\n\nthe House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate regarding the performance of the zones. Information in the\n\nreport shall include but not be limited to the amount of tax credits\n\ngranted, jobs added, if known, and the impact on unemployment rates\n\nwithin the zones. The information concerning the tax credits shall\n\nbe provided to the Department of Commerce by the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission. The report shall include those zones in existence prior\n\nto the passage of this act.\n\nThe county commissioners, municipal governing body or enterprise\n\ndistrict management authority of any enterprise zone, or enterprise\n\ndistrict shall submit to the Department of Commerce the name and\n\naddress of the individual in charge of supervising such enterprise\n\nzones by July 1 of each year.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eab2ae1e2456761a8d185452189f9fd0c3ace91607550bcb0140cbb60b260ee7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-690.18","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-690.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
