Stat. tit. 62, § 62-695.3","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Bond Oversight and Reform Act:\n\n1. \"Council\" means the Council of Bond Oversight;\n\n2. \"State Governmental Entity\" means the State of Oklahoma or\n\nany agency, board, commission, authority, department, public trust\n\nof which the state is the beneficiary or other instrumentality of\n\nstate government, other than a public trust with the state as\n\nbeneficiary whose jurisdiction is limited to one county, including,\n\nbut not limited to, the following:\n\na. Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority,\n\nb. Oklahoma Development Authority,\n\nc. Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority,\n\nd. Grand River Dam Authority,\n\ne. Oklahoma Water Resources Board,\n\nf. Northeast Oklahoma Public Facilities Authority,\n\ng. Oklahoma Turnpike Authority,\n\nh. Oklahoma Housing Finance Authority, and\n\ni. Oklahoma Public, Industrial and Cultural Facilities\n\nAuthority;\n\n3. \"Local Governmental Entity\" means counties, cities and\n\ntowns, school districts, public trusts of which a county, city or\n\ntown or school district is the beneficiary or other political\n\nsubdivision of the state;\n\n4. \"Purpose\" means the issuer's principal intended use of the\n\nfunds derived from the issuance of bonds or other obligations; and\n\n5. \"State Governmental Entity Financing\" shall include local\n\ngovernmental transactions where the project is leased by a State\n\nGovernmental Entity or debt service is paid directly or indirectly\n\nby a State Governmental Entity or where the project or improvement\n\nis in direct support of or administered by a State Governmental\n\nEntity.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a729c9bb5249e3fcdc7f04b4efceaf90d77e7e3270e9a7a53073e098b44067f4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-695.26","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-695.6a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
