Stat. tit. 62, § 62-695.8a","heading":"Bond Oversight Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the State Treasurer, to be designated the \"Bond\n\nOversight Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of fees\n\ncollected pursuant to Section 695.8 of this title and any other\n\nmonies provided for by law. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Office of the State Treasurer for expenses related to the\n\nOklahoma Bond Oversight and Reform Act.
