There is hereby created within the Legislature a committee\n\nto oversee the operations of the Legislative Office of Fiscal\n\nTransparency. The committee shall consist of fourteen (14) members,\n\nas follows:\n\n1. Seven members of the Senate, at least two of whom shall be\n\nmembers of the minority party, to be appointed by the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate; and\n\n2. Seven members of the House of Representatives, at least two\n\nof whom shall be members of the minority party, to be appointed by\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives.\n\nB. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of\n\nthe House of Representatives shall each designate a co-chair of the\n\noversight committee from among the members from their respective\n\nhouses.\n\nC. A quorum of the oversight committee shall consist of at\n\nleast eight members; provided, any action by the oversight committee\n\nshall require the vote of at least four members from each house of\n\nthe Legislature. The agenda for each meeting shall be set by the\n\nco-chairs and shall be made available to the public, by posting on\n\nthe Senate and House websites, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior\n\nto the time of the meeting. Meetings of the oversight committee\n\nshall be governed by joint rules of the Legislature. Members of the\n\noversight committee shall receive reimbursement from the Legislative\n\nService Bureau for actual and necessary expenses incurred in\n\nconnection with their duties as members of the oversight committee\n\nin accordance with other provisions of law relating to travel\n\nreimbursement for members of the Legislature.\n\nD.
