Stat. tit. 62, § 62-8014","heading":"Agencies and institutions to furnish information and","body":"cooperate.\n\nA. Each agency or institution of the state shall, upon request,\n\nfurnish and make available to the Legislative Office of Fiscal\n\nTransparency all records, documents, materials, personnel,\n\ninformation or other resources as the Office deems necessary to\n\nconduct performance evaluations as required by this act. Any\n\nrecord, document, material or other information made confidential by\n\nlaw shall be provided to the Office, which shall also maintain such\n\nconfidentiality. All records, documents, materials or other\n\ninformation of the Office shall be deemed to be a record of the\n\nLegislature.\n\nB. Each state agency and other affected persons shall cooperate\n\nwith the oversight committee and the Office in the providing of any\n\ninformation requested. The oversight committee shall have the power\n\nto conduct hearings, administer oaths, issue subpoenas and compel\n\nthe attendance of witnesses and the production of information as\n\nprovided in Sections 773 and 775 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nC. For the purpose of creating a data clearinghouse to aid in\n\nthe work of the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency, each\n\nagency or institution of the state shall regularly transmit to the\n\nLegislative Office of Fiscal Transparency raw datasets as requested\n\nby the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency. The Legislative\n\nOffice of Fiscal Transparency shall adopt policies and procedures\n\npursuant to which a state agency shall be required to comply with\n\nthe provisions of this section, including the format in which the\n\ndata is transmitted, how the data is organized and such other\n\nmatters as the Office may prescribe.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a49eb0fdcc661f3c529c45e0a76308a2991dbe2407034892779864820d9f112c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-8013","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-8015"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
