Stat. tit. 62, § 62-81","heading":"Penalty for violation","body":"Any official or employee thereof or any member or employee of\n\nany state board or state commission who shall fail, neglect or\n\nrefuse to comply with the requirements of Section two (2) hereof, or\n\nany other provision of this act, shall forfeit and pay to the use of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per\n\nday for each and every day that he shall so fail, neglect or refuse\n\nto comply with requirements of said act, and shall forfeit and be\n\nremoved from office; and any such official who shall issue, sign,\n\nattest or utter any false or illegal voucher against any monies\n\ndeposited, as in this act provided, shall be liable to the state on\n\nhis official bond for a sum double in amount of any such illegal or\n\nfraudulent voucher, and shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in\n\na sum of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than\n\nOne Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a621e7d110784322ebb8443198a628584730ad6f8487ce728fb116d0c939a059","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-804","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-82"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
