Stat. tit. 62, § 62-828","heading":"Issuance of bonds by participating entities – Examination","body":"by Attorney General.\n\nOnce a Regional District has been established by the Governor,\n\nthe governing bodies of each of the Participating Entities\n\ncomprising such district shall take all actions required by law for\n\nthe issuance of the type of bonds described in the Final Project\n\nPlan. A transcript of proceedings for each of the Participating\n\nEntities shall thereafter be prepared and submitted to the Attorney\n\nGeneral of Oklahoma for examination. Such bonds, having been\n\nexamined and certified as legal obligations by the Attorney General\n\nin accordance with such requirements as the Attorney General may\n\nmake, shall be incontestable in any court of the State of Oklahoma\n\nunless suit thereon shall be brought in a court having jurisdiction\n\nthereof within thirty (30) days from the date of such approval.\n\nBonds so approved by the Attorney General shall be prima facie valid\n\nand binding obligations according to their terms.
