If an enterprise is located within an incentive district\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 856 of this title, and the\n\nenterprise either constructs or expands a facility that is located\n\nwithin an enterprise zone designated pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 690.2 of this title, the enterprise shall be eligible for a\n\nstate local enterprise matching payment equal to the amount of sales\n\ntax exemption afforded to the enterprise pursuant to Section 860 of\n\nthis title.\n\nB. The state local enterprise matching payment shall be made\n\nfor the twelve-month period preceding March 1 of each calendar year.\n\nThe state local government matching payment shall be made for the\n\nsix-month periods preceding March 1 and September 1 of each calendar\n\nyear.\n\nC. The state local enterprise matching payment shall be made in\n\nan amount equal to the amount of sales tax for which the enterprise\n\nhas received payment during the period prescribed by subsection B of\n\nthis section pursuant to Section 860 of this title.\n\nD. Beginning July 1, 2005, the state local government matching\n\npayment shall be made in an amount equal to the lesser of the amount\n\nof local sales taxes which have been apportioned under the\n\napplicable project plan during the period prescribed by subsection B\n\nof this section pursuant to Section 861 of this title or the net\n\nbenefit rate multiplied by the actual gross sales derived from the\n\nproject, pursuant to the limits provided in Section 842 of this\n\ntitle.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3f1562fbc1ea197734062696b08b0065b6c95b5c50e81f4142918187415460a1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-843","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-845"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
