Stat. tit. 62, § 62-845","heading":"Agency special account","body":"There is hereby created within the State Treasury an agency\n\nspecial account for the Oklahoma Tax Commission. The Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission is hereby authorized and directed to withhold a portion\n\nof the taxes levied and collected pursuant to Section 2355 of Title\n\n68 of the Oklahoma Statutes for deposit into the account in order to\n\npay claims as they become due.
