As soon as practicable after verification of the amount of\n\nthe state local enterprise matching payments authorized by Section\n\n844 of this title, the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall issue a warrant\n\nto the qualifying establishment in the amount of the sales tax\n\nexempted or apportioned pursuant to the applicable provisions of the\n\nLocal Development Act, subject to the limitations imposed by Section\n\n842 of this title.\n\nB.
