Any governing body which has established a rural housing\n\nincentive district as provided in the Oklahoma Rural Housing\n\nIncentive District Act may purchase or otherwise acquire real\n\nproperty; however, the property may not be acquired through the\n\nexercise of the power of eminent domain.\n\nB. Any property acquired by a municipality or county under the\n\nOklahoma Rural Housing Incentive District Act may be sold or leased\n\nto any developer, in accordance with the rural housing incentive\n\nproject plan and under such conditions as shall have been agreed to\n\nprior to the adoption of the project plan.
