Any municipality or county which has established a rural\n\nhousing incentive district may use the proceeds of special\n\nobligation bonds issued under Section 8 of this act, or any\n\nuncommitted funds derived from those sources of revenue set forth in\n\nsubsection A of Section 8 of this act, to implement specific\n\nprojects identified within the rural housing incentive district\n\nproject plan including, without limitation:\n\n1. Acquisition of property within the specific project area or\n\nareas as provided in Section 7 of this act;\n\n2. Payment of relocation assistance;\n\n3. Site preparation;\n\n4. Sanitary and storm sewers and lift stations;\n\n5. Drainage conduits, channels and levees;\n\n6. Street grading, paving, graveling, macadamizing, curbing,\n\nguttering and surfacing;\n\n7. Street lighting fixtures, connection and facilities;\n\n8. Underground gas, water, heat, and electrical services and\n\nconnections located within the public right-of-way;\n\n9. Sidewalks; and\n\n10. Water mains and extensions.\n\nB.
