Stat. tit. 62, § 62-880","heading":"Transmission of project plan documents","body":"After the adoption by the governing body of a project plan which\n\ncontains the provisions required by Section 5 of this act, the clerk\n\nof the municipality or county shall transmit a copy of the\n\ndescription of the land within the district, a copy of the ordinance\n\nor resolution adopting the project plan, and a map or plat\n\nindicating the boundaries of the district, to the clerk, assessor,\n\nand treasurer of the county in which the district is located and to\n\nthe governing bodies of any taxing subdivision which levy taxes upon\n\nany property in the district.
