Stat. tit. 62, § 62-89.1a","heading":"Investment with state financial institutions at less","body":"than competitive market rate.\n\nIn order to help provide for the capital needs of this state,\n\nthe State Treasurer may invest monies at less than competitive\n\nmarket rates with financial institutions of this state. Not more\n\nthan ten percent (10%) of all monies available to the State\n\nTreasurer for investment purposes or One Hundred Million Dollars\n\n($100,000,000.00), whichever is less, shall be invested as provided\n\nfor in this section.
