The Attorney General shall prescribe and provide forms to\n\nthe Office of the State Treasurer for sworn statements and\n\naffidavits regarding collusion activities. Such sworn statement\n\nform shall be similar to the sworn statement forms provided for in\n\nSections 85.22 and 85.23 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All\n\nconcerns, including but not limited to financial institutions and\n\ninvestment companies, entering into an agreement or contract awarded\n\nby the Office of the State Treasurer shall have on file with the\n\nOffice of the State Treasurer a current sworn statement.\n\nB. The Attorney General shall prescribe and provide forms to\n\nthe Office of the State Treasurer for sworn statements and\n\naffidavits regarding employee nepotism. Such sworn statement and\n\naffidavit shall state that the Office of the State Treasurer\n\nemployee is not related by affinity or consanguinity within the\n\nthird degree to any person offering investment services to the\n\nOffice of the State Treasurer.
