Stat. tit. 62, § 62-891.11","heading":"Economic development project scoring system - Authority","body":"for the Economic Development Pool - For-profit business\n\nparticipation.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall establish a\n\nscoring system in order to evaluate economic development projects to\n\nbe financed from the proceeds of obligations issued by the Authority\n\nfor the Economic Development Pool.\n\nB. The scoring system shall include, but shall not be limited\n\nto, analysis of:\n\n1. Capital investment by a for-profit business entity;\n\n2. New direct jobs, as such term is defined by Section 3603 of\n\nTitle 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, to be created by a for-profit\n\nbusiness entity or entities;\n\n3. Salary and wage payments to persons employed in new direct\n\njobs; and\n\n4. Likelihood of additional business location decisions\n\nresulting from the activity of the for-profit business entity or\n\nentities that would benefit from use of the Economic Development\n\nPool.\n\nC. One eligible local government entity, in conjunction with a\n\nfor-profit business entity, or a combination of eligible local\n\ngovernment entities, in conjunction with a for-profit business\n\nentity, may apply to the Department for approval of a pooled\n\nfinancing for an economic development project on such forms as the\n\nDepartment may prescribe for such purpose.\n\nD. The Department shall compile and maintain a prioritized list\n\nof projects eligible for pooled financing through the Oklahoma\n\nDevelopment Finance Authority from the Economic Development Pool.\n\nE. The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority shall use the\n\nprioritized list provided by the Department in order to provide\n\nfinancing to the eligible local government entity or entities or to\n\na for-profit business entity in conjunction with a local government\n\nentity or entities.\n\nF.
