The Authority shall be authorized to act as a conduit issuer\n\nfor the benefit of two or more eligible local government entities\n\nfor an authorized infrastructure project using the Infrastructure\n\nPool.\n\nB. The Authority shall be authorized to issue its obligations\n\nin order to provide net proceeds on a pooled basis not to exceed One\n\nHundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000.00) for the Infrastructure\n\nPool. The Authority shall be authorized to issue obligations within\n\nthe limit prescribed by this subsection based upon the defeasance of\n\npreviously issued obligations.\n\nC. Except as otherwise provided by subsection F of this\n\nsection, proceeds from the Infrastructure Pool shall be for the\n\npurpose of providing financing for two or more eligible local\n\ngovernment entities for an authorized infrastructure project located\n\nin this state involving a pooled financing.\n\nD. Sixty-five percent (65%) of the net proceeds from the\n\nInfrastructure Pool shall be used by the Authority for the benefit\n\nof eligible local government entities the population of which,\n\naccording to the most recent Federal Decennial Census, does not\n\nexceed three hundred thousand (300,000) persons for any\n\nparticipating municipality.\n\nE. Thirty-five percent (35%) of the net proceeds from the\n\nInfrastructure Pool may be used by the Authority for the benefit of\n\nany and all eligible local government entities regardless of\n\npopulation.\n\nF.
